Crystal Logan, has been a trainer of barrel and pole horses, along with hundreds of students for 30 years. As a youngster she was California Gymkhana Association, pole bending champion, California AQHA Barrel and Pole Bending Champion, Reserve champion of the California WPRA and in the top 20 in the nation for the WPRA. In the recent years I

she has been the NCBRA Barrel and Pole Bending Champion many times and the NBHA AZ Region Open Champion and Senior Champion.

Crystal's three daughters have all been Barrel and Pole Bending Champions in many associations, including National High School Rodeo Finals (Top 20), AZ Junior Rodeo and AZ High School Rodeo, WPRA, NCBRA, World Champion Gymkhana Mule Rider at the Mule Days in Bishop, CA.

Crystal's father, Wayne Sandberg, has written one of the only how to Pole Bending books on the market and he developed many training keys and aids to help in the training of the student and the horse for Pole Bending. The title of his book is "Nineteen Second Pole Bending".

Crystal's students and her Dad's students have had numerous pole bending and barrel racing championships in AZ, CA, and have been qualifiers for the National High School Rodeo Finals many times.

This will be a clinic to help you lower your times in the Poles and to gain an understanding of the whys and how’s of problem solving in your pole runs.

INTRODUCTORY RATES

COST: -Tanner Time runs and video (preview video on wide screen TV and study Tanner Time reports) - ($50, $75 if you bring two horses) ($35 a horse , if you come with friends or family members) Limited to 4 hours of arena and video time (Contact me for weekend rates)

ARENA RENTAL - You can rent the arena by the day for your training needs with or without Tanner Time: call for rates 719-254-3949

Personal instruction with Lanette additional cost is $20 per per person. PAST students cost is $10 per hour per person added to arena fee.

FREE: 1 hour use of training center if buying a Bit or Saddle from the specialty Tack Store available for your entire barrel racing needs.

Tanner Time report Included & DVD of the runs available $10 for each DVD.

JACK MCCOMBER - HORSEMANSHIP CLINIC - 1 DAY for $75 (introductory rate) starts at 9:00AM must check in at 8:30AM – (Entry deadline June 10^th, 2008) He has been riding and teaching working cowhorses for years and I have talked him into coming to the Training center to give us a day of good horsemanship advice. Objectives for the clinic held at the Tanner Time training Center include improving horsemanship skills, by evaluating problems and learning to be a problem solver and understanding the mechanics of what a horse is physically and mentally capable of accomplishing, He will be dealing with each individual's specific needs one on one. This is not just for barrel racers, but open to riders of all ages who have a horse. Riders will get a lot of great information for their horses at this clinic.
