Skips Knut aka "Pistol"

I have owned Pistol since she was a year old. She has been my most enjoyable horse to train and haul. This mare is as broke as they get, I can do anything on her but rope, (she does not like ropes) Clips, shots no problem, farrier friendly, her only bad habit is she loves to eat all the time. Easy Keeper, great handle, side pass, counter arcs, slow spin, works off your legs, halter class beautiful, really stands out! Gets on the muscle before the run but drops her head and walks out after a run. Has lots of personality, easy to fall in love with.

We have won two saddles, a buckle and much more. She runs solid 2-D, and has placed and won in the 1-D several times against top horses. She is registered Paint and can be shown and ridden at the APHA shows and finals. I have ridden her to work cattle, in the mountain on trails, she never spooks and nothing bothers her, except ropes. She is what I call a free runner and wants to run. I have 4 years of video of all her runs, and Tanner Times, they show lots of speed. At the Spin 3 Barrel Race in Colorado Springs Labor Day she ran a 17.7 on a standard pattern. Video She is started on poles and runs a 23 second pattern with little effort and time spent on the poles, I think she is going to be awesome as a pole horse. This mare is only 8 years old and gets more solid on every run.

Bugsy is a 5 year old Stallion. (Bugsy is now a gelding) He has sired two very nice colts, and this years filly has lots of color. He is very broke and has been ridden for 3 years, in the arena, sale barn, and several ranches, mountains and trail rides. He is not spooky, clips, rides bare back, hauls. He has lots of personality! He has worked cattle and seems to really like it, I just do not have the opportunity rope very much. The cowboys that have ridden him say he will make a great roping horse. He works off your legs and is easy to ride, I would let anyone ride him, he is that gentle and broke. You can let him sit for several months and than saddle and he will ride like he has had no time off. He is very smart and fun to be around. We have owed him since he was a baby, has had his teeth done every year along with shots, he has black feet and does not need shoes at this time. Easy to trim and handle for the farrier. I would trust this horse with any level of rider he is that broke and gentle. This is a great horse going to waste here because he does not want to be a barrel horse, we need to find him a different job. He works great on the barrels at a slow speed so would be great for a young child just learning and wanting to grow up with a horse. Magnum Magnolias

Magnum will be a two year old next May and will be ready to start riding. He is out of a known daughter (Magnolias Open House) of Magnolia Bar which goes back to Three Bars on the top side and bottom side. This colt has been handled, hauled, clipped, hot walker broke he wants to do everything you ask him to. This gelding would qualify to participate in the "APHA Gelding Plus program", offering cash incentives qualifying geldings. I think that he will have great promise in any equine discipline you choose to do. His mother had lots of speed and was trained by Lynn McKenzie to run barrels and did well until she got hurt.

Magic is gentle and broke, broke, broke. He runs 1-2D times at the smaller shows and 2-D times at the bigger shows with limited hauling. Ropes both ends. Magic is very good looking with lots of eye appeal. He shoes, clips, loads, hauls, stalls and has no vices. Very well mannered. Manchie & Short Cake have been running barrels for the last two years. Machie says that Short Cake will make the same run every time and you can run her 5 to 10 times and she never gets high or upset. She has been used to work cattle on the ranch, is very broke and gentle and very easy to get along with.

Manchie is 6 months pregnant and needs to sell Short Cake to help with the baby expenses, and she has other horses to go on with after the baby. Short Cake is ready to haul, is very seasoned for jackpots, NBHA shows and other small barrel races. This mare has been started the right way and all she needs is to be hauled, because the speed is there, and according to Tanner Time she has awesome turns. We are asking $15,000 at this time, she will be going to the roping pen with Manchie's husband this winter and then we will have to adjust the price according to her progress. - 5 year old APHA breeding stock Gelding - Running barrels in competion this year, solid 4-D and 3-D in the 1st month of completion, Hank has worked with cattle in a feedlot and roped off of in the pasture, dragging calves to the fire at brandings. He is not spooky and is great on the trail. Anyone can ride this horse, we put everyone that comes to the Training Center just to ride on Hank. We have had Hank since he was a weanling and he has always been gentle but, he has lots of get up and go when you need it. He has a very long stride and covers a lot of ground in a very short time. Hank is going to be a great barrel horse but, he could also be roped off because he is not a small horse. If you are looking for a young horse started right and going good this is the horse.
