Down South Productions and Tanner Time does it best to do a draw that is fair and random.  Therefore if your request was not done as written on your entry form it was due to the fact your request would interfere with one of these requirements to do a fair and random draw.

You can still enter as a late entry at the show with a late fee until the last 50 horses run in the Open class for that day.
